Fruit availability may change due to season, market supply, and quality checks. If a selected fruit is unavailable, we may suggest a comparable alternative after discussing it with you.

Pricing

Prices are shared separately at the time of enquiry and may vary by quantity, fruit selection, packaging requirement, and delivery location.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timings are planned in good faith but may be affected by traffic, weather, sourcing delays, or high-volume demand. We aim to communicate any major delay promptly.

Cancellation and Changes

• Order changes are subject to preparation status and material availability.
• Same-day or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund once production or dispatch has started.
• Custom packaging work may involve additional commitments once approved.

Perishable Product Notice

Fresh cut fruits are perishable by nature. Customers should refrigerate products promptly and consume them within the recommended time window.

Issue Reporting

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can review the issue fairly.
